Skylark Gardens Wedding

thursbride4

Mostly, the day was surrounded by amazing people with beautiful stories. Miles and Kristen met and began dating just weeks after Mile lost his mother to cancer. As the two friends walked together through tragedies, they became stronger. Strong enough to become best friends and marry one another. And together, they radiate love and joy to everyone around them. Their guests echoed the kind of happiness that these two do.-K Stone Photography

#WeddingWednesday: Lakeside Poconos

bridallace_2

Favorite moment from the bride: “We had been given the great advice to take a few minutes together as a couple during the wedding day — just the two of us. It was pouring rain during our reception (thankfully indoors; the rain made it all the more cozy and romantic) and Joe and I ducked out to the covered deck and sat on a bench together after the first dances and cake cutting. Sitting there as husband and wife for the first time, sharing stories from the night, my head on his shoulder, watching the rain, listening to the music and laughter inside from all of our friends and family — I will never forget that moment. It was pure bliss!”

NYC Dream Wedding

nycbride1

There’s something about a classic NYC wedding that is just magical. The bride herself says: “Our goal was to have a big party.. and what other location is better for a big party than New York City?” We couldn’t agree more..
